Through Inspire NLP Alan facilitates Training and Professional Development for Coaches, Counsellors and Therapists AS WELL as Coaching for Personal Development.

Through Awenek Ltd Alan offers Coaching, Consultancy and Creative Solutions for individuals and organisations. He has worked for a number of national and international companies such as Xerox, Microtels and JAD Logic. He has been a keynote speaker at several conferences where the focus has been Emotional and Mental Health and Wellbeing.

His performance work has a direct link to his psychotherapeutic and coaching work which is not only about ‘the mind’ but also about non-verbal communication. Alan has consulted for assessment panels as well as offering some training to local Police.

Alan has been described as a ‘Change Wizard’ since a good deal of his work is about personal and professional change.
